FOR ACTIVE-DUTY AND VA MEMBERS
As veterans ourselves, we understand that military protocol does not always give you a choice in your dental care provider. However, Cross Creek has a good relationship with Fort Bragg and the local Veterans Affairs Office. If you are on active duty and would like to see us for your dental work, you should contact the base clinic and request a referral to our office. If you are a member of the VA who would like to see us, you can also request a referral from the base clinic. We will be more than happy to take over your dental care and ensure you get the treatment you need.
